• It loads nothing from third-party servers — no fonts, no maps, no videos, no analytics. The typefaces it uses are inside the page itself.
• It contains no form, no contact field and no sign-in.
• It measures nothing and counts nobody.

No personal data is therefore passed to third parties when you open it.

The webspace this page is hosted on records every request for technical reasons. Typically this covers IP address, time, file requested, volume transferred, referring page and browser and system identifiers. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR; the legitimate interest is secure and trouble-free operation.

The site is hosted by OVH GmbH, Christophstraße 19, 50670 Cologne, Germany. A data processing agreement under Article 28 GDPR is in place with them.

Still open: the period after which the host deletes the logs.

Tegit processes photos and videos exclusively on the device. There is no upload, no user account, no sign-in, no analytics or crash reporting. On Android the app does not even hold the permission to open an internet connection; on iOS it contains no networking code. No processing of personal data by us arises.

Pictures are chosen through the operating system's own picker. The app is given no access to the rest of your library. Edited copies are kept in the app's protected storage until they are saved or discarded; the original is left untouched.

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21). Please write to the address above.

You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the country of your residence, your place of work or the alleged infringement.

The example images on the start page were produced with an AI image model and are labelled as such (Art. 50 (4) of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689). They show no real people. No images of visitors are processed.
